1. smells good (extreme bonus points... boardering on vital)
2. sense of humor (actually that's kind of essential)
3. drivers license
4. tall
5. curly brown hair (good to have, not vital)
6. chivalrous
7. knows how to dance
8. be seth cohen/orlando bloom (yes, hard to do i know, but that would be very nice)
9. intelligence (these aren't necessarily in order!)
10. can carry on a conversation
